“I was a walk-in this past Wednesday morning as my check engine light came on. They took the car right away to find the problem – thermostat. With the car up on the lift, they also noticed suspicious looking control arm bushings. They actually showed me the bushings so I could see for myself how bad they were. I was quoted a pretty reasonable price for 3.5 hours of work. I was given a ride home & then picked up to be brought back to pick my car up. They kept the parts to show me what they replaced, which was greatly appreciated. There was a minor issue with the initial quote, but they comped an alignment to make up for the mistake. I took a stack of business cards to hand out at work and to friends. First time I have never felt taken advantage of (not a car guy) at a garage. Highly recommend.”

“Outstanding mechanics… I came to their shop for a leaky flex pipe repair but then they showed me a few things that is needed to be repair, replace a Flange Gasket, weld pipe at rear exhaust and patch a leaky hole. Well they offered a very reasonable price for the parts and labour. The BEST PRICE so far in Ottawa with staff and mechanics that are very very friendly, very accommodating, felt no pressure and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to all my friends and I travelled from the east end just to fix my 2004 Toyota Sienna. Excellent job guys… I will certainly gonna be back here.”

“…I never write reviews but today I felt that Beams Automotive are truly deserving of a GREAT review. I told friends and family about my experience at Beams and they couldn’t believe the fact that they’d stay open until 9:30PM to have my car fixed and even bring me to my hockey game. Most importantly, they’re everything you can ask for in a garage. They were so friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and at the end of the day, they had my car fixed better then I could’ve imagined and for the exact same price as they quoted which was very reasonable.”
